I'm Puri and I'm a Nintendo girl with an insomnia problem. Proud college student of University of Texas in Austin, and my major is in English. It's my dream to become an author, and a few of my favorites are Roald Dahl, Edgar Allen Poe, Ray Bradbury, Terry Pratchett, and recently Mikhail Bulgakov. I joined NaNoWriMo but bombed within the first week after getting distracted by RP and schoolwork. Oh well. XDDD! Always another year!

Puri loves animals, and has two Bischon Frise doggies named Amanda and Freddie Mercury, the latter being the sweetest (albeit stupidest) dog in the world. But since I can't bring them to college, I have a red beta fish named Giygas to keep my company. :D One day I'd like to own a hedgehog. They're so cute~! ♥

Fandomwise, I currently fangirl over the Earthbound/Mother series, desperately wanting my Earthbound 0/Mother 1 save file back and waiting for Starmen.net to finish translating Mother 3. Started writing a major fic (here's to hoping I actually get beyond five chapters this time. XDDD!), while also juggling other fun stuff only I care about. XDD! I've devoted many hours slaving on my Pokemon team and hope to actually win a battle someday. XDDD! Also a big fan of Mario and Kirby, both being childhood loves as far back as the NES.

I'm the world's biggest Sonic/Shadow shipper on the Internet, so I drink plenty of martinis to that. Alas, that's been my only Internet accomplishment save for making a few icons people like using. XDDDD! I'm getting egotistical, talking that much about myself so... have some tigers. They're too cute for an LJ-cut. ♥

I must've wasted 80% of my day riding the wrong bus today. XDDD;;; BUT I FINALLY FOUND A MICHAEL'S. AND I BOUGHT RED AND WHITE SATIN RIBBONS FUCK YEAH! All that's left is the Franklin Badge. Then my costume's ready! :o

Man, posting to fandomsecrets is fun, even though my friends will instantly know who I am from fandom alone. Dammit. XDDD;;;

Did something stupid though, and I feel like it's gonna bite me in the ass later. (This is gonna totally give me away though. Fuck)

I made an "I ship them" secret. Then I go and say something completely unclear, so people will think I wrote Sekrit*Yaoi rather than Sekrit*Het. Fuckity. Guess I'll have to wait to see how it turns out, eh?

After weeks of nightmares, I finally had what I'd call BEST DREAM EVER OMG.

Basically, I was playing the regular Super Smash Bros. with an unknown friend on the N64. I decided to play as Ness, and I was flipping through his costumes when... he turned into Paula. I flipped through her costumes and she turned into Jeff. Excitedly, I was all "ZOMG I NEVER KNEW THIS" and immediately started the battle as Jeff. (He kinda worked like Fox, btw. That, and there were a lotta motion sensor bombs about) I win. Jeff does a little pose thing with his gun and looking super happy and adorable, and for a brief second, you see what his eyes look like under his glasses, N64-graphics fashion. Cue me spazzing to my friend, "ZOMG did you see that!? His eyes! They're so cute OMG!". Puri fangirls and says how happy she is she could play as the Chosen 4 through Ness. She flips through more costume colors until she reaches Poo, and makes him wear something dark purplie. In battle, he kicks like Ganondorf with the purple aura and everything (though I have a feeling IRL, he'd work like Zelda/Shiek) and I remember testing his taunt and he says something in Japanese. (Me: *joking* WINNING IS SERIOUS BUSINESS) Cue more poking fun of Poo's seriousness as the battle went on. I don't think the battle ended, 'cause I woke up.

Me: ...Oh shit. DDD: I wanted to play Paula.

I walk outside my dorm, and I hear the girls talking in theirs, one of them complaining, "My butt is so big!"

Ah, college life.

WERE GONNA ROCK THIS JOINT LIKE IT'S BOLDTHROUGH 07 BAYBEH

1. Went to Austin for Solo Competition with Ms. Pope and everyone else legible to go. Scored a 2 and a silver medal. :3 (The judge even asked me in German: "Do you speak German?" Damn I'm flattered!) We stopped by the mall in San Antonio and got to spend money on stuff, and this is my loot: a Pikachu shirt from Hot Topic (I almost would've got a Mario Party one too, but the total of both shirts was 40 dollars, so I gave that one up. oO;;;) a Blastoise figurine, a squashingly EEEEADORABLE Luigi plushie, and a super soft purple hedgehog plushie. I should stick a flower on his head and call him my Purple Shaymin. :3333 Before my trip, Dad and I went grocery shopping, and I yoinked NIN's "Year Zero" as apart of my graduation gift~ (Along with Dad doing the dishes instead of me. XDDD!)

2. Annnnnnnnnnnd the computer I was typing this entry in froze last night. Apologies to Carrie in case she was wondering where I disappeared to. .________.;;;

3. I've realized that EVERYBODY in my team except for Tira is weak to Ground attacks, so when one of the Elite 4 uses Earthquake on them, I'm screwed. Hence my need to switch out a couple of my weaker members with Dialga and Uxie because I'm a cheap chicken. But now that means four of my Pokémon will die to Earthquake, and... that's not good. XDDD!

4. Today, I shall plot for my darling's birthday and whip up icons for Scribbler. Hopefully either computer doesn't crash too much. XDDDD;;;

5. Puri officially graduated high school~ <3333 Permanent Honor Roll too!
