I finished the first paper. Now I have two left. While we're at it, I REALLY need your help in finding a certain song, or at least the identity of it. It's driving me crazy lately.

Long, long ago, around the time I was 12-13 and just getting into Anime, my sister along with her friends and I were watching ads for other shows before or after Magic Knight Rayearth finished on her VHS tapes. There's a girl with long flowing turquoise (Green? Blue? I do know it's dark) hair beside a lot of autumn trees. The leaves may or may not be blowing around her, and there may or may not be sakura petals. I'm not clear on this. There's a boy her age with short black hair who is curious about her (he looks a little like Tenchi, but from the art style, the show is definitely NOT Tenchi) and watches her standing there in the wind. I think he invites her to his home. She lies asleep (presumably naked) under her sleeping bag (?) and she wears an uncomfortable expression on her face. As she turns in bed, we're given flashes of her dreams, all which involve bloody corpses being impaled or other sorts of messy deaths. Boy is troubled. Girl looked so happy and carefree before, albeit maybe a little sad or confused. Suddenly evil comes, and the girl's nightmares start coming true as the screen turns black and her friends are slowly sucked into a red hole like quicksand, one of them a screaming girl with shorter hair than the main heroine. The ad fades out with the boy falling in darkness trying to reach out to the main heroine.

While this is going on, a slow chirpy song is played in the background. Kind of an effect like "Singing in the Rain" in Clockwork Orange, no?

Years later, I still have that song stuck in my head. What is that song? Or goddamn, what IS that Anime so I can figure out from there what the song is?

It's sung by a woman with a high voice (Not screechy high) and exudes a dream-like state of being. I could be wrong but the song could be in G Major (I DO know it shares the same key of other songs such as Pink Floyd - Learning to Fly, Sarah Brightman - Stranger in Paradise, Green Day - She's a Rebel, Frou Frou - The Dumbing Down of Love, etc.) There are words that kind of sound like, "Nis Kiss Me~ *three bells* Yuu Meh Gai~ *three bells*" and yes, it's got bells in between three syllables sometimes. Argh! I wish I knew what that song was. D:

HAL 9000 and TEC were super close, followed by Gilliam (Outlaw Star), Metal Sonic, Gamma, EVE (Earthbound 0/Mother), EVE (WALL-E), WALL-E, M-O, Tom Servo, Croooooooooooooooooooooooooow! R2-D2, C-3P0, and the Starmen as runner-ups. Omega gets an honorable mention because of his devotion to Shadow and his immortal meatbag line in Chronicles. XD And the Axem Rangers if they count.

I probably forgot somebody. I just love robots and self-aware computers, okay? XD

I actually found Rotor/Bunnie fanfiction today. oO;;; Person wins for keeping Rote in character, loses for making Bunnie OOC. DDD: I do NOT see our Southern gal as a tempermental wangstbucket out for Rotor's pants, okay? Plus, when she's concerned over her robotic limbs, it's dealing with how she can get her body back and function normally again. When it comes to OTHER people what THEY think about her limbs, Bunnie would be more concerned with whether or not they see her as a friend or someone bound to break something/hurt someone or worse: a monster. NOT because "OH BOO HOO ROTOR/ANTOINE/SONIC/SALLY/AUDREY II WILL THINK IM UGLY FOR MY ROBOTIC PARTS!!!11!11!1" or that kind of emoness. To quote: "This old girl may have some steel parts, but what Robotnik an' his goons dohn' have is a heart of gold." I don't think Bunnie's worried about her appearance. :P

Dammit, I need to remedy this with my own Bunnie/Rotor. Ah my damn motivation. XD

On the plus side, zarla bought and scanned two new Earthbound doujinshi! :DDD One's Angelica and the other is Holiday. Angelica is gen about Jeff moving from Snow Wood and meeting Ness and Paula (he gets freaked out when he sees them use PSI for the first time, it's so cute), and the second is gorgeous tooth-rotting Jeff/Tony goodness. :3333333333 Yeah, as you can guess, that was a Fangirl's Dream Come True right there~ <33333333333333333333333333 *giggle* She also did a bunch of adorable Mother 3 sketches in her post, mostly of Duster. :3

Hope Zar's doing okay with the fires though. Yeek. DD: Be safe!

This has both a Mother 1+2 story in one nice package! (Unbalance Time) I haven't played the first Mother yet, but that didn't stop me from dying of cute. I have to know who Loid and Pippi are, they're adorable together in this. XDD And HOLY CRUD. The Mother 2 one is gorgeous. I'm talking CLAMP/Yami no Matsuei gorgeous. I just melt looking at Jeff, srsly. Paula is just so pretty and OMG POO. God, some of the most ADORABLE Poo illustrations are in there. Including Chibi!Poo and Poo wearing the most adorable winter coat. :3 Also, look at the bottom panel. Is it slash? YOU DECIDE. *DUNDUNDUNDUN*

Speaking of subtext, I've just been thinking about it, but it occured to me that well... I can see Jeff and Ness bickering a lot. XD They're like, nearly complete opposites in that Ness is happy and bright and has a family who loves him while Jeff's more rawr and serious and dorky/nerdy and his dad forgotten he existed. XD;;; Ness is super social and Jeff is timid so Ness would be mischievious and poke around Jeff while the poor kid's all, "Umm, stop that...!" Then the tension esculates when Paula gets kidnapped and they go to Moonside to figure out how to save her, and they support each other and awww, that would be cute. That would be sweet. T-T

Damn you Internet! Stop trying to convert me into shipping Ness/Jeff too!

I started Melee to check out how many Earthbound references I recognize now. I really stink playing as Ness. XD Still though, playing his stages made me all giddy. "Look, it's Ness's house! And over there! It's Lier X. Agerate's place! HOLY CRUD IT'S THE METEORITE. Whoa! The Crazy Taxi! And hey, it's the Runaway Five! Hi Runaway Five! :DDDD AAAAA DUN RUN ME OVER HOW COULD YOU BETRAY ME RUNAWAY 5!? DDD:" And ahhhh, Fourside and the huge UFOs. XD I know they picked Fourside because it's a huge city, but goddammit. I need to check out Ness in the original SSB too. It's too bad my brother's practically stalking me and is now playing Melee nonstop. @.@;;; I get no gaming privacy, I swear... and speaking of Melee, I finally opened a Pokéball that had Celebi in it~! After all these years too... I luff Celebi and dreamed of getting the trophy when I first got Melee, but had no such luck whatsoever. No I do. And I wasn't even looking for it! :333 I feel guilty for not knowing the Mother 1 tunes though. Guess I better start a game on my emulator... FF7? Watched some of Boobie*James (which has been infamously taking over my flist as of late. XD), and wow... I forgotten how cute and funny "Pokémon" was. And what a FRUIT Kojiro is, of course. XDDDD (All your girlfriends, Shigeru? Mama mia, you're SUCH a player! XDDDD! No wonder Satoshi's mad. But I think Shigeru was aiming for that. ;D /slash fangirl) Unfortunately, the episode got cut off while Team Rocket went Gyarados*Submarine RAMPAGE upon the beach, which really sucks. Tried to redownload the episode, but it ended up starting the download over, annnnnnnd it stopped when it reached 51% and I had to stop it 'cause it obviously wouldn't move anymore.

Goddammit. :( I was hoping I could watch Porygon and get seizures with the rest of the little kids in Japan too. *sob* Looks like I'll have to bug Chicobo about Season 2 of "Sonic X" when I'm up for it.

Tried to work on fic. And kinda... failed. XDDD;; Well, I got a little done, but not much. Yeah, more like that. XDDD;; It feels SO weird reading your fic orally when you're reading off the dialouge of the characters. @.@ It's like... all I wanna do is make sure my sentences sound like something someone would actually SAY instead of slipping over a million times, and ugh--it feels like bad VA acting. And well... these GUYS. They aren't ME. @.@ I'd never say what Shadow would say and... ughn. It's kind of embarressing, in a way. (And it's gets me in rigid "OMG Are they IC? T___T" Mode--wait, good thing, right?)
