All art is at once surface and symbol

1 ★ Create a graphic (200 x 200 max size) to represent your personal "candy". It should have your username on it, but otherwise can feature whatever you want. Make it something special since it's self-representative.

2 ★ Make a post with the subject "trick or treat?". Put your "candy" somewhere in it, and be sure to repost these instructions.

3 ★ Then, go around other people's LJs and reply to them with either "trick" or "treat." If you reply with "trick," they will give you an LJ/DW dare that you have to perform before taking their candy. If you're too wimpy for that, simply say "treat" and take their candy.

Happy International Women's Day, even though looking at my work and "upcoming" ideas for stories (ha, like I have a future in that), I feel like a failure as a feminist.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope you all had nice nommy food.

James & I were trolling each other a couple days before V-Day. I wrote half of a trollfic and it broken my brain, so I vowed to go home and write a remedy. Just in time for the holidays! So here you have it, a ficlet of my novel. If any of you are curious about my original writing, my bizarro novel of doom with Raggedy Ann & Andy, or the canon BL ship of my novel (Raggedy Andy x Marius) (the latter used to be "Miles" as a placeholder, but now he's got a rename token. Yay! :D), here's something short and sweet without needing to open an encyclopedia about Puriville. XD Plus it's fluff so there's no sex. XD Yay!

Quick Background: The plot of the novel revolves around Raggedy Andy trying to rescue his sister from the Big Bad, Dr. Medlock. Marius is an illusionist marionette who originally worked with Medlock, who discovered him after he was violated and locked in a box by someone he loved. As a result, Marius is distrustful, and later realizing Dr. Medlock had selfish intentions for Ann & Andy did not help matters either. Marius finds himself close to Andy in spite of himself, though he frequently brushes it off at first as infatuation. While working together after Medlock made shit hit the fan, Andy develops his own feelings for Marius and tells him so. This... begins an interesting relationship. It's got its ups and downs, but since one half IS Raggedy Andy, it will make your teeth rot. If you're not wibbling first.

James & I are officially together~ ♥

For New Year's Celebration, James and I went to Chilis and then we went to his house to play Lost Silver Hidden and SA2B. And of course, we exchanged our Christmas presents that we promised to give another next time we met~ ♥ I gave him SoulSilver and NIN's Year Zero soundtrack, and he got me an adorable Raichu plushie (which I named James, aka Jimchu) and a cartridge of Pokemon Blue to replace the one I lost. And oh boy oh boy, this is the best part.

James played it in advance and it turned out the cartridge had been hacked! It was true in every creepypasta fashion. The player's name was "..." and Red was at the top of Pokemon Tower. He had an entire team full of Squirtle, and their names spelt out this message: ( Surprise! )

The message was for me! I said yes~ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Then I had Red walk around and he ran into Ghost, and he sent out WILL the Squirtle. Cue jokes. ("You got the will, Squirtle! ...RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!") Best Creepypasta in the world~ ♥ Or should I say Romantipasta? I don't know if I can bear resetting the game and saving over this proposal! But if I do, I'm naming my Blastoise James, nomnomnom~ ♥♥♥

To sum up my Halloween night: Lost Silver!Gold wearing a corset.

Basically, James and I met in costume (I was Sweeney Todd, he went as Dr. House) went to eat at Chilis, I read him the Lost Silver creepypasta, then we went to the 11 O'Clock showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Oh my fucking gosh, I had a blast~ ♥ I got to meet an Edward Scissorhands, Westley as Dread Pirate Roberts, and the Phantom of the Opera (who apparently has a sense of humor. XD "ELBOW SEX! ELBOW SEX!") I also found a Mario who was friends with Scissorhands and they sat next to each other in the theater~

The show was fantastic. The actors were amazing and the audience made it even better (as should be~) When it ended, we did the Time Warp again before we left our seats. I got to give Rocky a hug. I also got my picture taken with me holding a razor to Frank-N-Furter's throat. Poor Frank-N-Furter. :o

This is the best Halloween night I've had in years~ ♥♥♥♥♥♥
