Name five minor characters whose lives and histories you'd like to see explored more (in canon or fanfic).

1. Electra from Earthbound/Mother 2.

I don't know why I like her. But I think she's pretty. :o Damn though does she call for fanfic: Monotoli's maid, obsessed with trout yogurt and has a crush on Pokey Minch himself. (Poor taste in guys, eh?) She's like a Stepford Wife--she LOOKS innocent on the surface, but definitely has her ulterior motives. Hell, her Sentry Robot couldn't be defeated until the Runaway Five barged in, so she's damn tough. Plus I can imagine Pokey/Electra to be the most fucked-up, manipulative and abusive relationship in Earthbound like ever. As her name implies, things are NOT going to end well--between her and Pokey, there's gonna be literal backstabbing.

2. Maxwell Labs from Earthbound/Mother 2.

Aka Jeff and Tony's teacher at Snow Wood Boarding House. Eiviiaru and I pretty much sum it up:

Greenband Jiggly: I imagine him as this kinda wisecracking teacher that sorta makes fun of Jeff like Dr. Andonuts, but overall, he cares for his students inside. XD Really.
Greenband Jiggly: And knowing about Jeff and Tony. XD
EiviiaruNoEimu: Yeah, that's how I've always seen him. A decent guy deep down, but he'd never let you know it.
Greenband Jiggly: Maxwell: Hm. They're taking a long time in the basement. I wonder what's up. *goes downstairs* Jeff! Tony! Do you need help with any--AAAHH! oO;;;
Jeff: *face turns blood red*
Tony: Ack! Oh my god! *covers self up with coat* Maxwell, we--
Maxwell: Oh... so THIS is what it's about. XD Okay kids. Just keep doin' what you're doin'. But I gotta come down here in an hour. Okay?

Greenband Jiggly: Maxwell: Just remember to do your homework.
EiviiaruNoEimu: Well, hey, it's a boarding school. Maxwell has to be used to these kinds of things by now.
Greenband Jiggly: Maxwell: *shuffles papers as usual* Hmm... I wonder what would happen if our policies changed and Snow Wood became All-Girls...

Greenband Jiggly: Jeff: *walks by* Keep dreaming.
Maxwell: ...Okay, you owe me another assignment for that.
Greenband Jiggly: Maxwell: Here I am, living every fangirl's dream...
EiviiaruNoEimu: And, alas, unable to ethically sell photos.
Greenband Jiggly: Haha! XDDD No wonder teachers earn such low income. Poor guy.
EiviiaruNoEimu: I can only picture him as long-suffering.
Greenband Jiggly: Maxwell: Oh well. At least I can secretly work on my novel. Maybe I can make it big.
EiviiaruNoEimu: .. now there's an epic fic in the making.
Greenband Jiggly: Maxwell: Jeff! Can you and Tony--
Jeff: Go away.

EiviiaruNoEimu: I get the feeling that happens to Maxwell a lot.
Greenband Jiggly: Taught by him for so long, Jeff knows his tricks. XD
EiviiaruNoEimu: And you probably don't actually want the school genius having an excuse to be snide at you.



3. Pippi from Earthbound 0/Mother 1

She's my favorite character after Loid! A girl has a lot of guts to play hide-&-seek under tombstones in coffins. Not to mention though she has no PSI, she's a billion times stronger than Ninten! I'm disappointed you had to return her home, though she does give you the Franklin Badge when you're polite to her. It must've been a fun childhood between her and Ninten, and she has a teenie crush on him--too bad it's unrequited. XDD;;; But that's okay, Loid/Pippi is my OTP~ <333 *SHOT'D!*

4. Griff from Sonic the Hedgehog: SatAM

Like Electra, I don't know why I like him. I know he's a jerk and I'm supposed to dislike him, but I can't help but think he's awesome. He's got a friggin' car! Plus I'm a sucker for underground civilizations. Plus it's not like he's all bad! He just put desperate measures when it comes to trying to prevent the power outtage of his city. :o (Plus, he and Sonic had a talk and really. He's not a bad person. He's just gotta be wiser at what he does. :P) I wondered what he'd be like after that episode, and how he'd support the Freedom Fighters and such--I imagine he and Amy having the most amusing conversations for some reason. XDD! I also wanna see more of Lupe--I love her!

5. Jasmine and Rusty from Pokémon

After competing in Pokémon Contests and seeing them live, I really want to see fic exploring the relationship between Jasmine and her Steelix. It would be the cutest thing ever, and what can I say? I love Jasmine. :o
