What. The. Living. Fuck.

First I get stranded at Lakeline Mall past midnight for a couple hours or so (thank god I had Alian's phone number; she managed to send Jacob to drive over and pick me up. It's a looooooong drive, and I can't be more thankful enough. Like the Beatles said, I get by with a little help from my friends. ;; ) after picking up Regigigas and stupidly picking up CDs at Barnes 'N Noble instead of catching the final bus which I didn't know stopped after 11 pm (my fault), and it shows me never to go alone on a bus again.

The anonymous troll is at it again. JUST what I needed to see this morning after crummy sleep, oh boy. Why do I get the feeling it's the same anon or one of the anon's close friends ganging up on me? Apparently, telling him off for his miserable excuse of behavior = my inability to accept anything other than "mindless praise". What. The. Fuck. How is asking me "Do you have any concept of what a sentence actually is?" and calling me "clueless" about semicolons and ellipses in any manner constructive? Not to mention the "run on atrocities you've committed." Thanks for telling me how to improve my writing, buddy!

I can't be bothered to reply back anything snarky. So I wrote an LJ Message to the mod instead:

I'll let you view the discussion, see the "sentence" for yourself, as well as anon and I's little discussion. I understand that my grammar isn't always the best, but if I AM pushing boundaries, I'll be more than happy to remove or edit the sentence if it violates what the meme stands for. I've dealt with anon the best I could, but I felt it was time for the mod to step in before things got too ugly.

Okay, who remembers the little Amy/Sonic/Shadow OT3 ficlet I did aeons back?

Just recently, I decided to post it on FF.net under "Lucky Threes", just to see how many fangirls's heads exploding hoping to read a love triangle that ended in Sonamy or Shadamy, only to realize both Shadow and Amy were getting in Sonic's pants in the end.

I didn't expect a review so early! :o

Your author's note is the biggest paragraph in this story. That speaks
volumes.

How shallow and unoriginal. You know this is popular in the movies. You
know emotion is far from it. Honestly, I only applaud the humour.
You've managed to grasp it masterfully, without the need of dialogue. Sure,
it was out of character as heck, and nothing is worth that flaw, but
there are positive points.

Little to say, little to write. I'd suggest more description, not only
of Sonic, but of their actions, and most importantly, their thoughts.
What does Shadow and Amy feel throughout this? That intrigues me the
most. Perhaps, this is not a serious attempt at writing, but a perspective
one, indeed. Care to let the audience see that?

Does that mean people can post ficlets (short fics) or drabbles (100 words or below) if they want to? Of course! I normally don't, but I put this one up because I thought people might like it. (Or flame bait to make people's heads explode--looks like I've done a good job with you, eh?) Heck, it's the sharing part of me that is satisfied. If I was in this for the reviews and not for the passion of writing, I would have bailed from here long ago.

But back on topic. If you don't like drabbles or ficlets, simple. Leave 'em alone. Wasn't the word count or the scroll bar enough warning? But if you consider them "unworthy" of "literature" under your eyes, it is only an opinion: not fact. You are not the Almighty Scribe of Fiction.
