Moon and Lillie are dating, and so are Gladion and Hau. Everybody hangs out at the beach with all their Pokemon, and Nebby is one of many lifeguards. Meanwhile, Team Skull is one big happy family, and they're even invited to the beach parties if they promise to behave. Everybody has delicious malasadas, and the Hiker guy Photobombs everything. Lusamine? Who's Lusamine?

Undertale

TRUE PACIFIST ENDING. Obviously Asriel gets his body and soul back, and Chara gets a second chance too, as a weird human/ghost hybrid. Frisk, Chara, and Asriel are the ultimate OT3 and they spoil each other constantly. A favorite pastime is the three of them hanging out with their best friend Monster Kid and lying together on the floor feeling like garbage with Blooky. Mettaton invites the skelebros to his show, flirts with Papyrus, and the two of them become a happy couple. Gaster is brought back into existence just because, and he and Asgore get together. Alphys and Undyne eventually get a kid and ALL THE ANIMES are shared. Humans and Monsters are united in love and peace.

what's Toriel up to in this ending?

She finds a second love with Sans! And because he's no longer trapped by the constant time-loops, he's allowed to heal and start thinking about the future and receive help for his depression. He becomes more motivated, and slowly becomes more active by helping Toriel with chores and dishes in the kitchen (much to Papyrus's astonishment), officially making him Frisk's "duncle."

Sonic the Hedgehog

Sonic and Shadow are an official couple, OMG. That said, they're still constantly competing against each other, because they love a challenge. :P Speaking of Shadow, he and Rouge and Omega are a successful team with a respectable career under a reformed G.U.N. Team Chaotix finally makes it big and never worry about going broke again, and Vector and Espio adopt Charmy, and Mighty is free to roam the world without worrying his teammates are starving. The Chaotix and Cream's family hang out, and Cream has a jillion friends. Blaze and Silver can go back and forth between their homeworld and their friends' world so no one can be separated by time and space. Eggman decides to retire from the Evil Supergenius business, but still harmlessly pesters Sonic for old times sakes, because old habits die hard.

And there is Chao. Lots and lots of Chao.

UTENA AND ANTHY ARE REUNITEEEEEEED. And they get together like they do in the movie, because of course. Juri and Shiori finally heal their relationship and became a fantastic fencing pair. Miki is Juri's BFF and he and Kozue have finally made amends. Nanami gets to call out Touga for his lies and dickery, then she and Touga and Saionji get to start over, and Touga and Saionji can have something like a genuine relationship. Kanae is saved from being poisoned and she gains the strength necessary to leave Ohtori on her own. Tatsuya and Wakaba learn their true feelings for each other, and Akio has no power over anybody anymore.

Earthbound?

Pokey is caught and punished and nobody has to worry about him again. Picky and Tracy start dating and also become friends with Frank Fly. Jeff realizes he has feelings for Tony, and in the future, they're married. Ness and Paula also get married, finally able to save enough to repair the house on Beak Point and officially live in it. They have two kids, including a daughter with PSI. Ness has a successful baseball career and Paula fulfills her dream of becoming a kindergarten teacher and inheriting the Polestar Preschool. King Poo has a small harem and a happy healthy relationship with each of his wives (and a husband, because FUCK YEAH) and Dalaam is doing awesome under his rule. He invites the rest of the Chosen Four and their families to come visit so nobody drifts apart. Everybody is able to live a normal fulfilling life free of Giygas, happily ever after. :3

So either every magical girl gets to live in paradise with Madokami, or...

WELCOME TO THE EVERYBODY LIVES AU. Madoka makes a wish that makes it possible for witches to be saved and for magical girls to control their witch form on their own free will, which makes the system go borken. Now that an alternate source of fighting entropy without sacrificing the lives of millions of girls had been discovered, Kyubey's role is near obsolete. All the magical girls get to live happy lives together as Madoka's Harem, and Homura is able to get the counseling and help for her time-travel PTSD so Homucifer never becomes a thing.

And in a universe where Homucifer DID become a thing, the magical girls are able to learn the truth, stand up to her and call her out, and save her once again--completely, this time. Homura and Madoka have a shaky relationship as a result of all that's happened, but it's clear they're on the road to recovery.
