Day 17: A game that disappointed you the most

I can't think of any at the top of my head, really. I remember posting an unphotoshopped screenshot of Geno in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and flipping out. OMG HE'S IN THE GAAAAAAME--then it turns out he's a barely distinguishable cameo for a minigame somewhere in the middle of the game. Obviously, M&L:SS is still a good game, nom. But did Squeenix need to rub it in my face that Geno belonged to them in the credits of the game, despite him not actually being in it but some dinky replica for five seconds? That blew major balls. :P

I mean, come on! This is cruel. :/

Brawl was kinder to me. It gave me Meta Knight, Sonic and Dedede, and brought back Ness and the Ice Climbers, nom.

Day 18: A game that you wish more people would’ve played

Earthbound 0/Mother. stfu it's not that hard. There's even Easy Mode roms so there's no excuse. >(

Day 19: Favorite game based on a movie/book/comic/etc

I... have no idea. There was this funny Spiderman game on PSX though. I forget what it's called, but it had a ton of extras, including the "What If...?" mode, which made the game sillier than before~ ♥

Spiderman: *after he mentions he needs to fetch some records from Jameson's computer*
Venom: Ooooh! Are we gonna... surf the web?
Spiderman: Will you just leave it?

Day 20: Favorite stress relieving game

Animal Crossing, I guess. I played the Gamecube version for hours and hours. Which exhausted a lot of the excitement out of the subsequent games, but hopefully that'll change for the newest release. Being able to connect to Animal Crossing Online without those annoying hiccups that kick me out of people's towns? Yes please.

I feel like I'm boiling. Not "boiling in the hot sun" kind of boiling. But it's one of those strange moods where you're fine, yeah, but inside you're storing a bunch of angry feelings and the more I think about them, the more it bubbles. I guess an image will better explain:



I should stay off the net before I get angrier and it affects something in a bad way. Should I even write fic when I'm angry? Would it be catharsis or scratching scabs? How many times have I asked myself this in my journal? I thought love was something that made me stronger, but considering I'm about to start reading Notre Dame de Paris and the idea that love is a weapon rather than something that heals, well... I'm not sure anymore.
