Sep. 13th, 2003 07:04 pmI wish my parents would stop friggin' arguing and pushing their problems onto me. I've done everything I've could to give me mental sanity, and by the time I finally feel better, BAM! Mom is manic with no medication and Dad is screaming at the top of his lungs after he told me not to with Mom. It's really getting on my nerves, and the next time things get heated, I'm following my instincts and leave the house for a while instead of staying on the computer. Or find batteries for my CD player so I can drown out their fighting.
Everything is silent for now, at least. Mom even gave me a centennial addition of The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum as a late birthday present. ^^ I finally figured out when "Kirby" is going to come on, too. A friend told me that it turns out that Fox Box is on at Sundays according my zip code and where I live. Whoa. Now that's interesting. o_O But at least I feel grateful I haven't missed anything this morning, (Curses, I had an opportunity last week to watch the first part of the chocolate episode! I would've loved to see Meta Knight's reaction to his toy figurine. XD) so I spent 9:00 today watching "Mystery Science Theater", heh heh. Nothing to give you a smile like watching a man and two robots mocking a "Gumby" flick and one of the most boring horror films alive. Hmm, maybe that inspires me to finish up my AWP MST. XD
Replayed "Gitaroo Man" on Single Player Mode. It's amazing doing something the second time, 'cause then you notice a whole bunch of details you didn't notice or forgotten before, thus you like the game even more. ^^ I'm getting much better too; I even scored an A on two of the stages. I checked online for information about "Gitaroo Man" and apparently, it's a rare game. o_O I had no idea... I thought it was new or something, but it turns out that it's been in shelves since February 2002. Sheesh, I'm lucky my sister got this game then... I don't know if I'll be able to buy my own copy by the time she leaves for college. XD
( A Pairing Ponder and Slight GM Spoilers )
As far as "Wario Ware" goes, I've finally beat my record in Kat and Ana's stage. Yay. :D I did a bunch of "Dr. Wario" playing, but at HI speed, it began to frustrate me at earlier levels, soooooo... I went to beat my hi score in "Wario's Sheriff" instead. Fun stuff; ooh, and did you know that as you advance in the game, everything turns from white into color? Dude... think about it. The colors, Duke! The colorrrrrrrrrs! Too bad it goes away after you leave the game to play something else, though. ;_; Ah well, it was fun. I even had an imaginary "Sheriff" fandom in my head out of boredom. XD Cowvillain/Cowvillain anybody?
