I fucking hate Ellen.
I hate that there's absolutely nothing you can do to punish her. I hate that every time she dies, the demon will just turn back time to bring her back to life. So all those cathartic creative deaths in the game? Mean absolutely nothing.
Ellen is going to keep killing animals and manipulating and murdering other kids like she manipulated and murdered Viola. Just because she thinks it's funny.
Ellen is the ultimate Karma Houdini and an overall "fuck you" to anyone who has the slightest faith in humanity and the hope that evil people like her would be punished.
I like some of the music and fanart for the game, but like fucking hell am I playing it again. Because Ellen is the most despicable horror character I've ever had the misfortune to play as.
At the very least, let someone capture her and torturing her while refusing to let her die so the demon she contracted with can't turn back time to free her. Because if I can't even be allowed the cathartic relief that comes from a slow and painful death, at the very LEAST make her pay for her atrocities in a fate worse than death.

However, this is proven to be wrong in a torn-out page about magic you can find. It is stated that swapping bodies requires trust and approval from the target of the spell, which Ellen will obviously not provide. It should also be taken into note that a demon is always true to their contract; therefore should Viola ever get her original body back somehow (or kill Ellen), the black cat will restart time to bring Ellen back until their contract has ended (by Ellen getting a healthy body). Either way, Viola's fate were to be doomed the moment she met Ellen.
Which is a clever way of explaining how you're able to try again after you're killed in the game. Storywise though? Auuuuuuuuuuuugh.
