Nobody should have to tell anyone to vaccinate their kids. It's like a no-brainer parenting rule.

If the apocalypse happens, it's because anti-vaxxers unleashed a new strain of smallpox too powerful for our regular vaccines that wiped out the entire population. THANKS GUYS. YOU ARE IDIOTIC MURDERERS AND I HATE YOU WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING.

Believe your children are too "special" and "pure" to be vaccinated? I hope you go to a special Hell where you'll be writhing from smallpox. Enjoy having what looks like little red bugs infesting your skin. This is what science has worked so hard for centuries to save the world from. And you're undoing their precious work. This is treason.

I hate you more than I hate parents who bring screaming children to R-rated movies. At least they merely annoy people, instead of killing them.

Not only is it proven again and again and AGAIN that the "vaccinations cause autism" thing is deliberate fraud, you're ableist as fuck. You'd rather your kid be dead than be autistic.

If the world is infected by diseases that used to be preventable that have now mutated to the point where no cure is possible, it will be all your fucking fault.

I totally feel you, "I'm not going to get my kids vaccinated because I'm a parent and know best" is one of the worst things I've seen in years. What's even more WTF is I've seen these same kind of people make sure their pets are up to date with their jabs, because we don't want Fluffy to die from parvo or lepto - it's almost like the same thing should apply to humans!

It is unfortunately going to take an outbreak of something that kills a lot of kids to undo the damage that 'don't vaccinate, because the chemicals mean they'll probably get the autism' (and yeah, that would just be the worst, they might die instead but they won't be autistic!!). The thing with the recent measles outbreak is really worrying in particular, because there's so many people on facebook and what have you saying that it's 'not killer', except it really, really can be and the only reason it's NOT been killing people is because it (until recently) has been very hard to pass into the general population...

I really hope the US gets stricter about kids needing vaccinations to attend schools unless the child physically can't get the vaccination (allergies and such), people will probably whine about 'muh freedoms' but the trend of putting people at unnecessary risk of disease really needs taking control of one way or another. :/

It's one of the most bullshit phrases to come along since "the customer is always right!" No, you DON'T know what's best simply because you're a parent. Just because you're a parent doesn't mean you get to decide who lives and who dies.

I DARE those people to tell that to Roald Dahl's face, considering his own daughter died of measles. Unfortunately, no matter how many people die (there's a ton of doctors who have NEVER had a measles case in their entire careers), they'll just find more excuses to further their agenda. ("SEE!? SEE!? THAT PERSON WAS VACCINATED AND THEY DIED OF MEEZLEZ ANYWAY!!!11!1")

I sincerely hope so. Let them fucking whine. Sad thing is, there's nothing that will stop these parents from homeschooling and bringing their kids in public places like supermarkets and parks.

I wonder if the kids of these parents will end up with a higher-than-normal rate of low self-esteem when they realize their parents would literally have them be dead rather than less than perfect.

Seriously. I don't mean that in a spiteful way. It's about as direct as it can get - as far as "Yes, I really rather would risk your death than entertain the possibility that you might not fit my flawless standards" - and that's got to leave a mark on the more sensitive kids.

It disturbs me that so many parents are proud to make that explicit.

I really think you're exaggerating here. I mean, yeah, parents who won't get their kids vaccinated are making a big mistake, but to say they're worse than rapists, or that this is a worse problem than climate change? No. Just no.
