1. Sonic the Hedgehog x Shadow the Hedgehog
Anyone who's ever known me will know this is my OTP of OTPs. Sonadow, always and forever. ;; I love the dynamics between them, varying from angst to silliness to action and mwaaa, this pairing has everything. X33! This picture in question makes me wibble. Oh god. ;;
2. N x Touko (aka Whitlea)
WATCH MY SHIP TOTALLY BE SUNK BY B/W'S RELEASE, HAHA. No seriously. The fanart made me fall in love with this ship and that's why I have a trillion icons of them uploaded. <.<;;; I imagine Touko being this fiery, but warm-hearted spirit ready to stomp on N for his "flawed" perspective of humans and Pokemon (with Team Plasma's hypocricy and them clearly exploiting Pokemon for the sake of "freeing" them), but drops her defenses when he's really nice to her in their encounters. While she may not agree with him, she was more willing to look at things from N's perspective and understand him better, and later wants to protect/help him and gets angry when (LALA! SPOILERS. Highlight to read:) Geetis calls him a monster. So this ship fills me with warm fuzzies. I'm too lazy to fetch the link from pixiv, but I had the wallpaper version of this picture for my desktop for a very long time. :333
3. Morty x Eusine
One of my biggest Pokemon pairings, those two were also one of my favorite things about the HG/SS remakes~ ♥ HG/SS really delved into both of them as individual characters more than G/S/C could dream of; well, more like that G/S/C represented their younger selves while HG/SS is them three years later. We are shown that Morty was able to move past Ho-Oh and that it was no longer the driving force of his life. Likewise, I truly believed that after the player captured Suicune that Eusine was able to move on himself. I think it gives a positive message: you may not have the Legendary Pokemon of your dreams, but it doesn't make you any less accomplished or happy, especially when now you can turn your sights on the real aspects of your life that matter. As my fangirly brain would interpret, "Morty and Eusine have their companionship. ;;" What? Eusine & Morty appeared in the Anime together? Lalala, can't hear you~! *sticks fingers in her ears* Gamecanon is where it's at, bro.
4. Baron Alexander x Daniel
"Aw Puri, these pairings are cut--O SHIT" I expected Amnesia to be a sterile game. There's Alexander and his love, sure, but we didn't come to huddle in a corner out of oil and tinderboxes for romance. :P Anyway, after watching a few gameplay videos, I went looking for fanart, and lo and behold, Alexander/Daniel. "Wait a minute, where does that even come from? This is fucked up... holy crap, this is genius. I SHIP IT NAO GIMME MOAR!!11!1" So here you have it, two complete monsters. One's doing it to get home, and the other is oblivious and obedient and erm... enthusiastic. "WHAT HAVE I DONE YOU TURNED ME INTO A MONSTER." "You did it yourself, Daniel. /flat"
5. Jeff Andonuts x Tony
My favorite Earthbound pairing ever, okay? They're like two scoops on an ice cream cone, they're both so sweet and ghsghskjghkg. Plus Tony is the cutest little stalker in existence and he's practically given his heart to Jeff, and Jeff accepts all this and even lights up when Tony offers to clean his glasses and awwwwwww ;-; THAT'S HOW THOSE TWO WORK. THEY MAKE ME SQUEE AND WIBBLE.
6. Geno x Mallow
YOU KNOW, I DON'T CARE IF THEY RARELY SHARE IN-GAME DIALOGUE TOGETHER. I'M ALLOWED TO HAVE MY FAVORITE CHARACTER BIASES AND FLUFF. (Hell, one half of the pairing IS a fluffball) Plus I'm allowed myself credit 'cause they do have a little subtext ("Dad, this is Geno, the guy I told you about!") and putting the two together calls up for automatic adorable. My god, imagine their conversations. AWWWWWW.
7. TIE - Dusknoir x Grovyle x Celebi
Shipping in Mystery Dungeon usually makes me a happy panda. Especially if Grovyle's paired with Celebi or Dusknoir. We've got Duskie for Foe!Yay and sexual tension, and Celebi for cute and angst. Hell, gimme a Grovyle sandwich. Both Dusknoir & Celebi = Redemption. In highest form. THEY TOOK DOWN A CORRUPT TIME LORD YOU CANNOT NOT CALL IT AWESOME. And the ending still makes me cry dsghdkjsghjdgk
8. Madotsuki x Seccom Masada Sensei
Let's see, we got a bunch of cute pairings, one that's effed-up disturbing, and a couple that could be considered borderline. Let's have a ship that's cute AND disturbing, shall we? Best of both worlds! :D Those two simultaneously make me squee and cry, fill my head with happy thoughts and terror. Not only am I totally okay with this, it's one of my biggest OTPs of all time. Eff yeah. 8)

I call it perfection in fluff form. SORRY META KNIGHT, AS MUCH AS I LOVE YOU, YOUR PAIRINGS DON'T EVEN COMPARE WITH THE INNOCENT LOVE OF PINK BLOB AND A FAIRY. THEIR LOVE CONQUERED AN EVIL BLEEDING ANGEL. 'NUFF SAID.

Let's compare my love of Pokemon ships to light in Amnesia. My casual pairings are tinderboxes while favorites like Morty/Eusine are the oil that keeps me going into scary places. Sir Aaron/Lucario would not only light up the entire Castle Brunnenburg, it'd turn the lower levels into a disco party. That's how much I love those two. USE YOUR AURA TO LIGHT THE WAY, DANIEL. Oh wait, that's vitae in this game, isn't it? ...Fuck. BUT YEAH SIR AARON & LUCARIO WIN IN TRAGICUTE. THEY DESERVE TO BE TOGETHER FOREVER WITH AN ENDLESS SUPPLY OF CHOCOLATE.
