Many supporters of {LagomorphShipping} use it as a evidence of PearlShipping (Ash and Dawn), in a similar fashion to how people use VineShipping as evidence of AdvanceShipping; Professor Oak once stated that the feelings of a Trainer are reflected by their Pokémon. As such, if two Pokémon fall in love, the Trainers will too. However, if Dawn has a crush on Ash, she is to date being a lot more subtle about it than Buneary is about her feelings for Pikachu. Some will also point out that Buneary had a crush on Pikachu before Dawn caught her.
What the fuck? Can't I find Pikachu & Buneary cute without being a Pearlshipper too? I thought Pikachu & Piplup was the Pearlshipper's pet pairing. :P "ASH SAVED DAWN AND HELD HER HAND IN MOVIE 10 THEYRE IN RUUUUUUUUUUUV!!11!1" yeah, and if Ash didn't do that A. He'd be as jerkass as Paul. B. Dawn would go splat 'cause Brock wasn't close enough to her. C. Dawn's expression is that of relief, not necessarily twu wuv. :P
