Basically, antis have gotten so obnoxious and intrusive that they've been harassing Japanese fans and other countries, but they're fighting back. A Japanese fan has written an article detailing her harassment and explains what the term "proshipper" is to clarify in a sea of false information intended to muddy the waters. On top of that, they've provided another tweet to help you translate their article into other languages. Now famous mangaka are spreading the word and blocking anyone who has "proshippers DNI" in their profile.
It's always nice to see sweet, sweet justice being served.
