You know, I was happy when I heard Paul got his ass handed to him by Brandon. Damn well deserved it. But you know what? I take it back. Wanna know why?

Because THE CHAAAAAAAAAMPIIIOOOOOOOOON used a team of fucking Legendaries!

Yeah, the Pyramid King worked SO HARD OMG. Then he had the nerve to tell Paul (who used appropriate and sensible battle strategy) that he wasn't strong enough and that he sucks and he should go home. SAYS THE FUCKING CHEATER WHO SHOULDN'T HAVE LEGENDARIES ON HIS TEAM IN THE FIRST PLACE. wtf it's impossible for anyone in the Anime to raise legendaries. I know it breaks its own rules a billion times (*cough* Pikachu can beat Golems with one Thunderbolt!), but this is uncalled for. If the show wanted us to root for Paul's ass getting kicked, they sure went about it the fucking wrong way possible.

Seriously. All this hypocrisy in the show and later movies (ESPECIALLY the movies) pisses me off. What makes it worse is no one in the show or films bothers pointing this out, and if they do, they don't even administer the full blame. (Only PALKIA was the idiotic one though it's been CLEARLY shown in the entire damn movie that Dialga was just as stupid and shallow as the rest of them) Villains aren't allowed to be villains because their cause is out of THE GOODNESS OF THEIR SOULS ("I must protect the Reverse World from being polluted by the real world even though as a scientist I should clearly understand that blowing up the real world destroys the very place I'm 'defending' DUR HUR HUR." "WHEN I JUMP INTO CONCLUSIONS WITHOUT THINKING I'M ALWAYS RIGHT 'CAUSE IT'S MORE IMPORTANT FOR ARCEUS TO RAMPAGE AND WANT TO DESTROY THE WORLD INSTEAD OF A DINKY LITTLE TOWN") and protagonists have to be pristine perfect without a flaw in their bones ("I was totally up for messing up the Reverse World with my assistant in the Japanese version, considering I was the one who first made up the plans and wanted to follow them through, but OMG THAT MAKES ME A SUBHUMAN MONSTER to redeem myself for my mistakes, so it's all Zero's fault. Yeah!")

What does it mean, Pokemon? Is a pedophile not at all a horrible person in his/her heart and only decided to molest a little boy to "protect him from the evils of this world and keep his innocence pure?" Should the little boy be forced into silence knowing his vulnerability makes him "unfit" to be the ideal protagonist?
