Doodling, maybe write or read a bit. Depends on my mood.

Gah, I hate anonymice trolls. They make me not feel like writing. :/ I've been busy anyway, here's a quick rundown:

- Visited an exotic pet store with Daddy last weekend. We met Sophia the two-toed sloth who actually moves across her branch pretty fast. :o I forgotten how cute tree frogs were, and how fast and energetic bearded dragons really are. There was this beautiful blue-and-black speckled lizard, and he was crawling all over the place like a roller coaster. I got to watch an attendant feed him a mouse, and it actually wasn't that violent or bloody. The lizard would hold the mouse in his teeth until it stopped squirming, then turn it on its side and bite-and-hold again until it stopped moving. The worst I saw was a giant wet scab on the mouse where his fur got bit off, but other than, it was bloody or gory at all. The lizard snapped at the mouse some more until it was down his throat, with the tail sticking out of the corner of his mouth.

I got to see a pouch of sugar gliders, and the tarantulas were huge and fuzzy with hammocks of webbing here and there. There were also bunnies and ferrets and snakes, but I didn't get to hold one. Why? Because I was interested in holding an albino hedgehog. Dear god he was precious. He was kind of cranky and tense since he woke up from a nap, but I let him sniff my palms a bit and let him calm down, then he started kissing my shorts and licking off half a chocolate stain, then trying to bite off my pocket. XD After a while, I got to stroke his quills a bit and stand up with him, though I did get poked a few times. Not too hurt though. He began to crawl all over my arms and I had to keep him from falling. Gosh, he's so fuzzy beneath. X3 Alas, I couldn't keep him, so I taught a girl how to handle him and to help him warm up to her, and I was a happy happy soul~ ♥ I felt so proud~! Oh gosh, I miss my hedgehog already! I love hedgehogs so much~ ♥♥♥ At least I got to hold one, so it feels like a giant dream came true and I'm still squealing about it.

- Finished Catcher in the Rye. Unlike Giovanni's Room, I liked it! Before class today, there was a girl who apologized for snapping at me last week, which surprised me. :o I told her I didn't remember and not to worry about it. It was nice. So I was less annoyed with the kids at Banned Books class, though one girl said, "(Catcher in the Rye) is a book that doesn't need a lot of critical thinking, since everything is right there already, so I guess that's why I didn't like it." I wanted to punch her in the face. @.@;;; Or at least shake my fist at her. :/ The other stuff she said in the rest of the discussion brought up some good points and I agreed with her, but gaaaaaah. Who says a book needs to be complicated and analyzed like hieroglyphics in order to be a classic? @.@;;;

- For extra credit for my Mythology class, we need to dress up as a mythological character and bring a paragraph explaining your costume. Puri went out by bus to Lucy in Disguise With Diamonds (giant costume store in Austin) to be ready to dress up as none other than her favorite goddess: Athena! I could go on why I absolutely adore her, but let us say that her awesomeness is self-explanatory. ;D

- I still need to pick up Regigigas at Toys R Us. Sure, I may not care as much for him as Shaymin, but he's important for unlocking certain events and Pokemon (not just the other Regis) and he's probably my favorite of the Regis anyway; plus I'll feel guilty if I didn't go get him. :( That means wrestling with the buses looking for Toys R Us again, gah. Oh well.
