Writer's Block: Forbidden Reading

[Error: unknown template qotd]My parents are awesome and let me read whatever I want. XD (And they knew I wasn't into any of the violent hardcore stuff) My sister warned me against certain anime/manga/fanfiction (Yami no Matsuei, and she YELLED at me for reading a few of Princess of Pain's works. I was probably too young and stupid to appreciate the writing then, but man did my sister chew me out for God Bless the Bird Clocks) and I pretty much lived in fear of my sister and always listened to her. XDD;;; I'm glad I disobeyed her regarding Tori Amos music though. Buwahaha! X333 There's some books I wouldn't ever let friends/family/my sister know I'm reading though, if only because I was ashamed of what I was reading and didn't want them to think I enjoyed those kinda books. XDDD;;; Puri was called a chicken for being afraid and refusing to read the Goosebumps series, so I read them in secret. I didn't necessarily enjoy them, and yes, I think I had nightmares, but I wanted to prove I could get through this and become "brave" and survive. XD

Ahh, how history repeats itself. This time with a video game and this time on my own free will. XDDD!

So far, I found four effects, including the adorable hat and scarf in Building Block Land. Puri met a bunch of cute No Face (Spirited Away) folk in an empty concentration camp too, followed by a bunch of funky orange things in shacks that reminded me of Fern Gully's Batty. This game made me scream though. TWICE. Once when I found the first demented Picasso drawing in the sewers, and this funky eyeball octopus thingee when I squeezed its leg and belched blood. Ewww. AND I HAD TO WALK INTO THAT GIANT DISGUSTING HEAD'S MOUTH AND HE ATE ME. AAAAAA.

I'll conquer this game, dammit. Spoil me and I'll stab you with a knife when I find it somewhere in the labyrinth. Goddamn skirt-wearing Dr. Suess Sneetches. God, makes Little Nemo's dreams look like Disneyland.

At least I know who I'm gonna be for Halloween this year! X333 Puri's gonna be Madotsuki, nomnomnom~ ♥
