Dec. 24th, 2005 01:31 pmLast night, sister popped in "Serenity" and we watched it together. Like... wow. I have to see "Firefly" when I'm not lazy. XDDD;;; I've been pretty bored of movies as of late, so it's hard to sit me down to watch them, (though I DO want to see "Narnia" and "King Kong". XDD;;) but "Serenity" was awesome and definitely kept me awake. XDD The deaths made me sad, though... I grew rather attached to these guys. :( Lord, the Reavers scare me too. XDD;;; Sis says they're worse in the series 'cause you couldn't see them, and, well... Dad had nightmares watching one episode. XDDDD;;; Eee, creepy Reavers... *crawls and hides in itty bitty corner*
Beat that 3rd level in "Rodent's Revenge" without dying. Hahaha, take that, suckers! :o Level 4 is also harder than I remembered, too... I thought the blocks would be solid instead of one space apart. :o Ah well, I made it to Level 5, which is where I usually die anyway. XDDD;;;
Today? Why, I've built a snowman~! What, it's tradition--I gotta build a snowman outta sparkly Christmas*Snow every year. I was worried living in Texas for a couple years thinned my blood a bit, so I layered myself to death (5-6 shirts, 2 coats, 2 pants, gloves over mittens, etc.) I ended up taking a lot of winterwear off when I got outside 'cause I was sweating buckets! XDD;;; Guess I haven't lost my resistance to the cold after all... rather, I came back inside because I've forgotten how friggin' exhausting it is to push all that snow for the snowman! XDDD;;; In fact, for the body, I didn't make it as nearly far as I wanted, it grown HUGE, and I fell over with this Hulk-like moan trying to push it. XDDD;;; That, and the body looked like a flat sitting stone.
So, what does Puri do?
She got inspired by "Calvin & Hobbes": if you look near the playground some house in Wisconsin, you'll see an alien has taken down an unfortunate citizen--complete with a thorny stick/stake through his heart.
Different from my usual boring snowman, but Calvin does it ten billion times better. XDDD;;;;
Well, relatives and I are going to Grandma and Grandpa's for holiday goodness. Merry Christmas Eve, everyone~! Get those stockings ready...
