(no subject)

Puri's thoughts when she first heard about the Shadow game, WAY back in March 3rd.

Damn, that's how long I've been waiting for that game? About nine months? Whoa.

But yes... believe it or not, I shrieked and Emo'd with the rest of you too. *nod* And we've got your typical arguments in my rant: "Oh noes, Shadow's using a gun, it's against his character, Maria and everything got taken from him because of guns so he should hate using them!, etc. etc." The sad thing is that over the months, Puri's grown SO accoustomed to seeing Gun*Shadow she fangirls him too. XDDD;;; And, well... the gun thing makes sense, now. *SHOT* Long story, on that one. We'll get back to that one another time.

Getting "Shadow" was a bit of a story itself. I came for it at GameCrazy (a store) on the 15th, but alas, it wasn't out after much tormented waiting in school. So cue tomorrow with me waiting ages for Dad to come home, as we drove back to GameCrazy and voila, it still wasn't there. The young lady there was told that "a very perky girl will be coming to pick up Sonic--we hate to bear the bad news." Cue much jaw-dropping and shocked groans from me and Dad that would've fit in a chibi moment in a Comedy*Anime, and Puri ended up being stuck and cringing from watching Dub*Sonic X from Blockbuster next door, and feeling like killing herself from embarressment. Damn, I forgot how awful Knux and a lot of them sounded... hence, I reminded myself to definitely remember to pick up the PS2 version. (It was the SA2 episodes, with Bokkun getting chased by the pyramid-Golem's-name-I-can-never-remember after it went crazy. (Sand Golem?) XDD;; We come back the 17th, 3rd go. I ALMOST left with the Gamecube version, when I caught the label just in time--AND it turns out they had PS2 copies of the game YESTERDAY. You can imagine the tension for Puri as they checked to see if they still had PS2--which they did. Which left a happy, relieved, fangirly Puri.

I didn't want the Shadow beanie. But DAD, with his obsession with discounts and free offers, thinks "it's a WONDERFUL hat, we need it!" no matter how many times I'll tell him most "Sonic" fans will pelt rocks at him in the street.

Me: You can't make my brother wear this, he'll look like a RAPPER.
Dad: It'll keep him WARM, it's a nice hat!
Me: NO! I'm not letting him or me be caught ALIVE with that.
Dad: Maybe your sister would like it.
Me: NO, are you crazy!? She likes old*skool "Sonic"... she'll probably hate it! As in, REALLY hate it! She doesn't care about Shadow much as I do, and I don't want to make things worse...
Dad: I think she'll like it.
Me: No she won't... *WINCE*
Dad: I'm giving this hat to Beau. (Brother)
Me: No you're not. ...Wait. I've got a use for this hat.
Dad: What?
Me: I could cut this up and paste the Shadow logo my door for decoration or something--
Dad: NO YOU'RE NOT. T______T This is MY hat!

*wince* Dad's impossible. *crawls in corner to die* But what matters is that I have the game. *nodnod*

Okie dokies, I dunwanna be on the computer too long--I've lingered far more than I should and should hurt myself for it. @.@ But I might as well type some things up quickly, before my mood gets totally fried and my fangirling sounds dull and lame. Okay, make that not quickly... more like Puri typing a bit about "Shadow" endings, coming back, and typing the rest of it before she becomes an insomniac. So much for that.

That's right, kids! More on Shadow DEE Hedgehog! He's got his own game, and I'm happy I carried my Shadow plushie to school yesterday for a good luck charm--'cause it certainly worked. ;D (I carried him in my sweaters and such so the teachers wouldn't take him during class. XDD;; And hey, someone actually recognized him after a few guesses in History! That's about it, though.)

So there you have it... five "Shadow" endings. And Puri's got five to go, right before Final Story. Oish, this seems like a game Puri should take in small doses or something... XDDD;;; But again, Puri's a fangirl. XDDD;; I should probably take care of all the Dark Endings first, so I can be free to do what I want after that to get the Hero ones... gosh, I'm worried I'll end up like Cori Falls or something. XDDDD;;; (What can I say? Puri wants a happy ending for Shadow, dammit. XDD;;; *SHOT*)

Now to start getting ready for bed so I'm not a 1:15 AM psycho again. *nodnod*
