If you're going along with Magical Glowing Genitals, I'd prefer that they'd be more tentacle-like, since Sans and Papyrus have never seen humans before Frisk, let alone know what their anatomy looks like (unless they've seen Alphys's hentai animanga, which isn't exactly a reliable source.
