My bf and I are back from con! We only signed up for Friday, but we attended so many years we knew what to expect anyway.
Lots of big name VAs came to visit! I got to say hello to Joshua Seth (Taichi, Knives, and Tetsuo). I told him Digimon was one of the rare shows on TV that made me cry and he was glad it got to emotionally affect me in that way, haha. XD He also said Tetsuo is his dream role and the one he’s most proud of. :) We got to visit Officer Jenny’s VA too, but the biggest winner was Veronica Taylor. She was super sweet. ;; I told her my sister saw herself in Lina and me in Amelia, and she called us a dynamic duo. She even gave me two cards so I can mail one of them to my sister. ;; She also really liked my green shirt and said it was pretty.
I got a few people nerding over my Undertale and Deltarune pins, and one of them even thought I was wearing an ita bag (I guess I wear that many pins, haha) I was hoping to find LISA merch, but I had zero luck. But that’s to be expected for a niche fandom in a small con, haha. XD I managed to find and buy a Rule of Rose and Yuri Kuma Arashi print though! The vendors were so happy I recognized them. The latter said I was the first person to recognize Yuri Kuma and it really made her day. :D
Now to save what little money I have for Reptile Expo at the end of the month. Boy oh boy~ ♥
