Teen lesbian couple found shot in Texas park.

I clicked the link, wondering "where" in Texas. Unfortunately, the murders took place in Portland, right where James lives. And one of the girls lived in Corpus Christi like I do. :(

Somehow major news feels a lot more unnerving when it takes place in a small town you live in or are nearby. :(

Someone on Tumblr who knew them personally posted a picture of them in happier times and asked people to spread the word and wish for the survivor's recovery when she was still in surgery... It's so horrible, I can't believe there are still people who would do something like that. :(
