Carves the pumpkin: Utena, with help from Anthy.
Gets scared and clings the other in a haunted house: Anthy. Utena vows to protect her!
Matching costume idea: Anthy. They're going dressed up as the armored knights riding horses from the anime opening! :D
Makes a cozy bed-fort to cuddle in: Anthy inspires Utena to indulge in her inner child again~
Steals the other’s candy: Both of them. XD
Accidentally gets lost in a corn maze: Utena. Time for Anthy to bust her out.
Tells spooky stories to scare the other: Anthy. She's an expert troll, after all. And she's mastered the art of creepy glasses.
Collects cool-looking leaves: Anthy, of course. She keeps snails and a mongoose and a gigantic octopus balloon, so leaves aren't that strange.

Gets scared and clings the other in a haunted house: Tony. He knows Jeff is strong and reliable~
Matching costume idea: Tony. They go as something super nerdy, like salt & pepper shakers with "NaCl" and "C17H19NO3" labels on them.
Makes a cozy bed-fort to cuddle in: Tony's idea, Jeff builds it. :D
Steals the other’s candy: Tony, and he can encourage Jeff to be a little feisty and steal from him too. ;D
Accidentally gets lost in a corn maze: Both, but thankfully Jeff has experience.
Tells spooky stories to scare the other: Tony again. Though Maxwell's the one who spooks all the boys. :P
Collects cool-looking leaves: Jeff! He's quite fascinated with studying their structure and cellular make-up, whereas Tony just likes the shapes. XD

Matching costume idea: Shiori. Knowing the Utena series, everybody would be dressed as something cracky, like everyone dressing as fruit & veggies (Shiori & Juri would be an apple & orange)

Steals the other’s candy: Both, but Shiori started it. :P
Accidentally gets lost in a corn maze: Shiori. Those things landed many an Ohtori student in deep water.
