All the kids graduate from Ohtori and Akio is Forever Alone. All sorts of shenanigans take place in the real world, and Utena and Anthy get to explore it together. The main protagonist from the game has disowned her dad and is showing a reincarnated Chigusa what life is truly about. Also there's probably Bichons and chinchillas somewhere.

Kris has a gigantic polycule consisting of Susie, Ralsei, Noelle, Berdly, Spamton, and Tenna. (Kris/Susie/Noelle and Kris/Susie/Ralsei being the primary throuples) Tenna lives happily with a now robotic Mettaton, though he and Spamton also bicker over Kris. :P
