I'm still making my way through the Viridian Forest. Evolved Pidgy into Pidgeoto and that let him sweep through the second bug trainer, but he got paralyzed by the time I reached the third bug trainer so I'm going back to the poke center, healing up, and will probably train up my Vulpix on the way to the third trainer.
